We partner with you to define the ideal candidate, establish a dedicated search process, clearly defined timelines and distinct measurables. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third upon candidate(s) presentation, and the remainder at hire.
Priority/Engaged: This search is a top priority for the team, and is suited for urgent situations or those where a continuous focus is critical. You pay 15% of the projected service charge to initiate the search and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.
Contingency: For positions that are neither critical nor time sensitive, we can “keep our eye open.”
